Cyber Fungi Muses

Cyber Fungi Muses is a character design project that explores the intersection of nature and technology. Inspired by the vast diversity of the Fungi Kingdom, each illustration draws from the unique shapes, colors, and textures of mushrooms to create visually striking characters.

The series takes inspiration from:

Devil’s Tooth mushroom (Hydnellum peckii)

Devil’s Fingers mushroom (Clathrus archeri)

Stinky Basket mushroom (Clathrus ruber)

Blending cyberpunk aesthetics with the whimsical influence of anime, the project reflects my ongoing interest in experimenting with different styles while preserving the essence of my work: dynamic poses, thoughtful compositions, and vibrant details.

Beyond aesthetics, this series also celebrates diversity by incorporating features inspired by different ethnicities, adding both visual richness and cultural depth. The result is a fusion of organic and synthetic elements that highlight the endless possibilities of character design.
